WAH SEH!! connie juz called!! tell mi abt canoein stuff!!! u got into canoein!!! STRONG sia!! wah seh!! hahaz! den she tell mi abt the training! kaoz!! sounds like hell to me sia!! so damn tough!!! she did 100 inclined pull-ups!!! wah seh! u add up all i've done from p1 till now i don't think i even reach 50! .. everiyear for nafa i do 2??? 2x10=20!!! wah lau 1/5 sia! i think is seriousli suck! yah.. i noe wad ya'll gonna sae~ don need to think rite?? i realli suck! hahaz! wah seh!! den they ran 9 rounds of the track.. 6 rounds could kill me le!!! den donnoe lar.. its just monsterous trainin for dunnoe how many hours! siao boh!! hahaz! but the rewarding part comes!! *ahem* was just beside her when they were like doin 50 push ups?? tt like a damn long time lar.. ( if they are still human.. completing 50 pushups still takes more den a few minutes rite??)hahahz!! connie!! happy?? hahaha! so lucki lor u!! i wanna join AVA! hahahz!
